Delivery information

Delivery area:
 We deliver to Hungary and to the European and non-European countries that can be selected at checkout. For delivery addresses outside Hungary, prices and delivery fees are shown in euros.

Delivery methods and fees in Hungary:

  • Foxpost parcel point: 990 HUF

  • DPD parcel point: 990 HUF

  • GLS parcel point: 1,190 HUF

  • DPD home delivery: 1,490 HUF

  • GLS home delivery: 1,890 HUF

Delivery fees abroad:
 Orders abroad are delivered by Packeta, DHL or a local courier partner; the exact fee is shown at checkout after you enter the delivery address.

  • Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria: EUR 3.90

  • Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Malta: EUR 6.90

  • Finland: EUR 13.30

  • Switzerland, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Norway, Israel and countries outside Europe (for example the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan): between EUR 11.90 and EUR 21.90, with DHL

Processing time:
 Orders are usually processed within 1 working day.

Delivery time:
 Delivery within Hungary usually takes 1-3 working days; delivery abroad takes longer, depending on the destination country.

Parcel tracking:
 All courier services send tracking information by e-mail or text message.

Failed delivery:
 If a delivery fails, we will notify you by e-mail about the redelivery options.

Payment information

Accepted payment methods:
 Online card payment via Shopify Payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Depending on the buyer’s country, further local payment methods may also be offered at checkout (for example Bancontact, iDEAL, Bizum, MobilePay, UnionPay).

Cash on delivery:
 Not available.
