Two of us, in two professions, struggled with the same intense grind: day after day, week after week. Constant multitasking, juggling heavy projects, and the rush to hand-in tasks. For this to even be possible, we had to maintain top performance and stay in the zone throughout the whole day. This used to feel unsustainable - but not anymore.
One neuroscientist (Wael) and one entrepreneur (Ádám). Two friends, two worlds, one challenge: figuring out a supplement protocol that could help us rise to the challenge of our hectic lives and intense careers.
We created lumiblu. to help others take steps toward optimal performance that we've worked toward via health and supplement interventions - resulting in FOCUS. We didn't aim for a miracle cure, but instead an intelligent, reliable companion to help enhance your everyday mental fortitude and push through the fog. Now, we're here to share it with you.
