If you use the product daily, as directed, but are still not satisfied with it, simply e-mail us at info@lumiblu.com and we will make it right.
Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of the delivery of the parcel.

Not satisfied?

Before requesting a refund, please use lumiblu FOCUS as directed: 2 capsules a day, taken together, after a meal, preferably in the morning, before noon or in the early afternoon. Please take it daily for at least one week before forming a final opinion. We recommend using the product as part of a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Please note:

  • The refund applies to one (1) unit per product and per household.
  • If you open several boxes of the same product, the money-back guarantee does not apply to the additional boxes.
  • Our customer service is always happy to help with any questions.

How to return a product

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time buyers, for the first order of the given product.
 It does not apply to repeat purchases of the same product.
 The guarantee can be used once per product and per household.

To request a refund, please:

  1. E-mail us at info@lumiblu.com within 30 days of the delivery of the parcel.

  2. Give us your full name, address and order number.

  3. Attach a photo of the product before returning it, so that we can check its condition.

  4. Return all products and packaging (including empty boxes), together with the original invoice (placed in the box).

  5. Use a trackable courier service with signature on delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels.

  6. Returns must be sent to the lumiblu warehouse; you will receive the exact address by e-mail once your refund is confirmed.

Please note:

  • The shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the day the parcel is delivered.

  • Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase.

The guarantee is a voluntary commitment on our part and does not affect your statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty (kellékszavatosság) and product liability (termékszavatosság).

The guarantee only applies to orders placed on the www.lumiblu.com website; for products bought elsewhere (e.g. from a reseller), please contact the customer service of the place of purchase directly.
