This policy helps us guarantee that every product delivered to our customers is safe, fresh, and uncompromised. Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer verify how it was stored or handled - which is why we cannot resell returned items under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it at info@lumiblu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
