General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction


These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to the use of the www.lumiblu.com web store operated by Lumiblu Kft. (registered office: 1031, Budapest Keve utca 45/C , company registration number: 01-09-418857 , tax number: 32336924-2-41 , e-mail: info@lumiblu.com ) .


Purchasing in the web store constitutes a valid contract between the buyer and Lumiblu Kft . upon acceptance of these GTC.


2. Basic concepts


  • Customer: The natural or legal person who purchases a product in the web store.

  • Consumer: A person who makes a purchase for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

  • Product: Nootropic dietary supplements distributed by Lumiblu Ltd.


3. Formation of the contract


The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order placed by the buyer. The order is placed electronically and involves an obligation to pay.


4. Product information


The characteristics and prices of the products are contained in the descriptions displayed in the web store. The images are illustrations, the service provider is not responsible for any differences. Lumiblu Kft. reserves the right to modify the product range.


5. Prices and payment methods


Product prices are in HUF and include value added tax (VAT).


Available payment methods:

  • credit card payment, Google Pay, Apple Pay


6. Delivery conditions


Delivery is carried out by Lumiblu's authorized logistics partners.


  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days within Hungary

  • Shipping fee: see shipping methods for details, free over 38,000 HUF

  • Available shipping methods: GLS, MPL, DPD, Packeta, Foxpost, DHL, as well as other local indirect partners abroad.


7. Right of withdrawal


The buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason pursuant to Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.).


  • The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • The intention to withdraw can be expressed in writing, by email or by post.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

  • The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.


Important: Products that are opened, used, or in unhygienic condition cannot be returned.


8. Warranty and guarantee


The consumer is entitled to warranty rights under the Civil Code. Lumiblu Kft. does not provide any voluntary warranty for the products, unless otherwise stated on the given product page.


9. Disclaimer


The products are dietary supplements and are not considered medicines.

They are not suitable for diagnosing, treating or preventing diseases. The information on the website is not a substitute for medical advice. The provider is not liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of the products.

Lumiblu Ltd. processes data in accordance with the current GDPR regulation and its own data protection information.

The consumer has the option to contact a conciliation board. The competent body at the registered office is: Pest County Conciliation Board.



12. Termination and modification of the contract


The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. The amendment shall enter into force upon publication in the web store.


13. Governing law


These GTC and the legal relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law. Any issues not regulated shall be governed in particular by the provisions of the Civil Code and the laws on electronic commerce.
