Return Process

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time customers and the first purchase of a given product.
It does not apply to repeat purchases of the same item.
The guarantee can be used once per product and per household.

To request a refund, please do the following:

  1. Email us at info@lumiblu.com within 30 days from the date of your order.

  2. Include your full name, address, and order ID.

  3. Attach a photo of the product before returning it so we can verify its condition.

  4. Return all product containers and packaging (including empty boxes) along with the original invoice (place it inside the package).

  5. Use a trackable courier service with signature confirmation, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

  6. Send the return to the Lumiblu warehouse — you’ll receive the exact return address via email once your refund request has been approved.


Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The guarantee starts on the date of shipment and expires after 30 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

The guarantee applies only to purchases made through www.lumiblu.com.
